  1. Once you have found an item you are interested, you may click on the photo for a closer look. If you would like to purchase the item, select your size and qauntity, and click on the ADD TO CART button.
  1. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the shopping bag link at the top right hand corner of the page. You can use ‘remove button to delete items from your shopping bag.
  1. Continue shopping, or log in to complete your purchase. If you don't have an account you need to register before you can check out.
  1. Check out by filling your shipping information and choosing a method of payment.  
  1. We currently only accept payment through the PayPal gateway. You can pay with a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account you can sign in as a PayPal guest and pay with your credit card.
  1. ​​Confirm your details and your order, and when you're done you would be directed to the PayPal payment page. 
  1. An email confirming your order will be sent to your shortly after for your records.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns& Exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. If you wish to return an item, please fill in the ReturnForm you received with your shipment, and send it back to us along with the item(s) in the original packaging. If you do not have the ReturnForm any more, please contact us: and we will email you a replacement form. Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the item(s) are faulty or sent in error. We recommend that you use an insured, secure & track-able return shipping service, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage/lost to them until we receive them at our warehouse. Items should be returned new, unused, with all Da-Sein Socks garment tags still attached, and must be returned in the original packaging or a secured. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please note: Please allow 45 days for us to receive and process your request. We will e-mail a refund notification to you when your refund is issued. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.



Faulty goods
Our team will always try to ensure that all products are of a high quality when they leave the warehouse. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Which size should I choose?
Currently, our socks only come in two sizes (except for sockettes which is free size). Please refer to the size guide under ‘How to Shop’ above.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

Is it safe to purchase on your site?
Absolutely! Currently, we take all payments via Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay with your credit cards. Paypal offers a fast, safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant.
Do your prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) / VAT (Value added Tax)?
As we are based in Hong Kong, our prices do not include any GST/VAT. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the couriers. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email within an hour of purchase. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try paying your order again. Alternatively, email us: to confirm the placement of your order.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
